Vintage 14K & Diamond Open Heart Necklace from the 1980s. Genuine diamond set in stamped 14K solid gold. Slightly asymmetrical heart measures approx 10x10mm. Pendant is attached to chain at 2 points and total necklace (from closures) measures 15 inches. No damage/flaws and gold is a rich warm color. Very pretty and delicate, comfortable to wear.
