Beautiful vintage MES signed brooch pendant combination, marked 1/20 12K G.F. Features sparkling clear and deep blue rhinestones set in a gold-filled frame with an open circle and fan motif. Measures approximately 2 in × 1.5 in. Can be worn as a pin or on a chain as a pendant. In very good vintage condition with some light surface wear consistent with age.
