Lovely vintage cameo pendant crafted in 1/20 12K gold filled. This piece features an oval carved shell cameo of a woman’s left facing profile set in a twisted rope style frame. Measures approximately 1 inch long including the bail. Stamped 1/20 12K GF on the back and 12K GF on the bail. A timeless elegant accessory. Mid-century, left facing, nice carving detail.
