Vintage 100% cotton light pink baby tunic

This beautiful little vintage estate sale find is 100% cotton and has the most beautiful embroidery details. Color is a very pale pink. Tags are in bad shape all I can make out is it’s from the Philippines. There is some tearing on one sleeve and the seams are slightly coming apart on the other side. 1 out of 2 buttons are there.
