Vinrage Dress and Jacket Set, Sz S

Possibly hand/homemade vintage style high-necked dress and matching jacket with pretty flower ribbon trim. The dress does not have darts in the breast area, and in my opinion that makes it too snug for someone with an ample chest (they get smushed down). Measurements are: neck is 7 inches across, pit to pit 16.5 inches across, waist 15.5 inches across, hips 20 inches across, and shoulder to hem 44 inches. Jacket doesn't have closures, so allows for more flexibility. Small spot on lining-see pic.
