Vineyard vines strapless top, size 2

Brand new vineyard, vines, strapless top, size 2. I got it at a gift and it does not fit. It still has its original tags on it. The color is a beautiful navy blue with a chevron style design. The top is fully lined and has boning inside at the chest for added support.
