@jsb10180 I think it is true to an 8. The measurements are a bit bigger than my usual, but it's cute, so I thought I would try it. I would need a 6 in this one.

@laurapiano13. Hi, I am not sure. The fabric doesn't seem shrunken the way a sweater will feel like felt. It is a sturdy cotton.
