Lovely true navy blue blouse with white, rope detailed stripes. The neck and sleeves feature ruffled trim and there are gathered details at the shoulders and in the back. The blouse has a silk look and feel, but is polyester so it can be machine washed on cold. Never worn or washed. NWT!
