Is this loose / stretchy fit or more snug fit

@alisonl44 Hello. It has 3% elasthanne the rib, but the boy is 77% cotton & 23% polyester. So in my opinion, it has a bit of fit. The armpit to armpit is approx. 22". I hope this help you in your decision making.
