Vineyard Vines Blue and White Wrap Midi Skirt

I bought this on final sale having never worn VV before and it is just too big for me. The stock photo is obviously of a different print but is the same skirt; I posted it so you can have idea of its length when worn. Ruffle detail, tie belt, elastic in back of waistline.
