Vince sample piece blue/white cotton vertical striped pants

Vince blue/white striped sample piece never worn. Tags were taken out, but the button was giveaway. Last 2 pics are from another listing, but show price & fiber content. Fabric is a heavier cotton & is a smart looking & well made pant with all stripes lining up & vertically giving a lean look. Pants can be dressed up or down. No tags, so please see measurements.
