Vince White Cuffed Short Sleeve Lightweight V-Neck Cinched Waist Blouse Size 1X This extremely gently worn lightweight white brunch-ready blouse is a perfect addition to your wardrobe for spring and summer. The fabric is slightly sheer (see photos) in a soft white shade - Vince officially called this color Off White, but it definitely looks more white than ivory to me. It has a sculptured, contemporary shape, with a v-neck, cuffed short sleeves, and a cinched elastic-back waist. It has an unusual single breast pocket that is on the inside of the blouse (see photos) so I never used it.
