Vince Silk French Blue Watercolor Skirt

Silk chiffon skirt from Vince with blue watercolor stripes making an ombré look. Top stitched pleats, drawstring waist. Pockets. Fully lined. There’s some really small pulling/snags, shown in the pics, not noticeable unless looking very close. There’s also a little spot near the drawstring. Measurements: waist 14.5”, hips 21”, length 18”
