It is not blue. I also have a picture of it in white but as a gown. That is just to show you this style dress in white, BUT its not a gown or blue . All other pictures are of actual dress. It is Size 0. I wore this once for about 3 hours. I have had it altered. I am 4"11 and 99 pds. Armpit to armpit 16"... Length 33"... Strap 6". I did not have the waist taken in, Just the length, neckline, strap and around chest. GREAT Condition
