Vince Camuto Tossed Flowers blouse with back pleats. Size XS

This is a really beautiful blouse. The material is light and flowy with a crepe texture. It has a comfortable oversized fit. Like new, only wore once, no holes, tears or stains. Approximate measurements: chest 20.5”, length front 21”. The back is slightly longer at 23”.
