Vince Camuto Summer Oasis Strapless Maxi Dress with full button front (dress opens completely). Elastic band with ruffle at the top, smocked waist with drawstring tie, tiered flounce hem. Slight hi-low cut. Gorgeous floral pattern in a goldenrod tone. 100% rayon, very soft and breathable fabric with no stretch. New with tags, but does have one very small dark spot on the front right of the skirt. I have not tried to stain treat, so it might come out, and it’s not easy to spot as is. Size M.
