These don't have a platform in the sole of the shoe.
As far as imperfections, they are basically perfect. If I am being nit picky the only thing you might see is on the front sole of the shoe. However, that would be the only thing I could call out. The leather and wood are like new.
The home is smoke free and they've lived in a box the entire time.
As far as heel height, they are 4 inches tall at the low end of the heel and 4.25 inches at the high end.
