Vienna Prom Dress (royal blue)

Beautiful prom dress, worn once, size 4, altered to fit 5’4 with flats. However was a little long so could fit people taller than 5’4. Very intricate detail on the top, each crystal is individually sewed on, fitted top. Flows out a little above waist and is very silky and comfortable on the bottom.
