Video recordings of condition of items when packaging for shipment. I record every item in detail as I package it to clearly document the condition of the item before it is sent, and record as it's being packed up and box taped and labeled. Most of the Poshers I've met are amazing, but unfortunately there a few bad apples who take advantage.

@pamgunby just curious. Has this worked for you? Last week I had a "feeling" about someone so I recorded the item in detail and sure enough a case was opened. Have you had to send a video for review? And if so does posh consider it?
