@kaybugsmon sorry you were so displeased with your item u felt the need to give my rather perfect record bad feedback. If it was SO badly damaged u should consider opening a claim. The shipping, really, i placed in a medium sized ox with tissue...then hand carried directly to the PO & shipped within the hour. Believe or not I do not control the PO. Regardless enjoy in good health, but please do not return to my closet, tnx

I thought I was making comments about things I liked about the transaction. my mistake! sincerely apologize however where the straps connect to the purse, three of the stitches of the 8 are left intact.
