Victoria’s Secret Shine Strap Moody Floral Thong

Brand new with tag. Purchased brand new from eBay, but they did not allow returns. Tried on over my own and they are way too loose. They say they’re an XS on the tag, but I believe they were mislabeled in the factory and have a manufacturer defect in terms of sizing. Fits much more like a medium.
