Victoria’s Secret Sheer velvet floral damask open back top

Size medium beautiful sheer open back tie blouse with velvet damask design. Does run slightly small in the arm area. I have provided measurements. One tie in the back is also slightly frayed, but does not affect the tying of the shirt in any way.
