The top has an adjustable halter strap and a lower strap with a three size adjustment. Includes padded inserts, however, they are crinkled from storage. The cups also have underwire support. Between the cups is a cute little adjustable tie Which matches the ruffled edges of the top. The bottoms have adjustable side ties. They do have some pilling on the seat.
