Victoria's Secret Bra Top Strapless Dress

Adorable strapless dress by Victoria's Secret with built-in bra top. Cute contrasting colors with kelly green on top and a light royal blue layer peeking through at the bottom. Above knee length with a thin tie that goes across the front and ties in the back. Worn only once. The only flaw is along the upper right seam line where the stitching came out (see picture). There is a thin strip of elastic along the top to help with the fit which is not effected by this flaw. 95%cotton 5%spandex
