This is an antique Victorian-era hand-painted opaline glass barber/cologne bottle often referred to as "Bristol glass". The bottle is made of frosted opaline glass and features hand-painted floral designs and gold trim. It is a type of opaque colored glass that was popular in the 19th century Wear consistent with age.
