Victorian Red and Gold Cage Dress

This hand made red and gold peacock cage supported victorian style dress was made for Dance Through the Ages performance by Body & Soul Dance Theatre by artist Donna Haynes. The corset was XL HOWEVER was altered to accommodate the embellished bead work each panel is 14” wide. The style is heart shaped and from top to bottom it is 14”. The cage skirt elastic for waist 30-34”, the over skirt is not elastic meant to go over the corset and the cage measures 32” to close 100%. This costume also comes with a neck piece red painted lace and a hair piece with peacock feathers. Corset is hand wash in large sink or bathtub. Overskirt machine wash gentile cycle hang to dry.
