Victorian Petticoat Skirt Underlayer White Cotton w Eyelet Lace Trim Double Edge

Antique 19th - turn of the century white cotton petticoat. Would have been worn under a long skirt. Today they are often worn as the skirt. Overall condition very good, a couple spots - see close up pics. These will most likely remove with stain treatment. A worn spot at the waist, see pic. Shown on an 8 dress form and a nice fit. Waist is a drawstring so flexible sizing. Length 36", waist 23-30", hips 60", hem circumference 100". Double layer at the bottom 13".
