Victorian Edwardian Feather Floral Touring Riding Hat with Long Train

Fixed diameter: Approximately 7.375" (See measurement photos) Brim length: 4" Train length: 34" Popular during the 1907 to 1910 period. Edwardian era, Victorian Edwardian riding hat. Also called a Merry Widow hat or a Touring hat. Would be perfect to wear when attending the Kentucky Derby at Churchill Downs. Burgundy feathers and crimson floral decor on front of hat's crown. Flexible mesh brim. White lace overlays on top of the brim around the entire circumference. Burgundy chiffon over the hat crown. Beige bow and long train in back. Purchased at the Charlotte NC Renaissance Festival from a boutique vendor for $120. Never used. Perfect, excellent condition. Price firm at $55
