Victorian Celluloid Moving Buckle Bracelet - Small Wrist - Rare Find - Flowers

It's old Victorian era and it's made of one piece of carved white cream-tone celluloid. Buckle is decorated with small roses, surrounded by a gold ring This has a buckle style with one end of the bracelet slid through the other. Along each end, are little rose-like flowers. Even though it expands outward about an inch at the buckle, it's still only going to fit a more petite hand. It's hard to know how hard you can pull as you don't want to break the celluloid. The opening of the bracelet measures 2-1/2 by 2 inches across. The bracelet is 2 inches wide on top. May be some fading to the flowers but overall, this is in very good antique condition. But only for the lucky hand it fits (about 5 to 5 1/2 inches).
