Victoria Secret, tunic dress lingerie, size medium, read description, EUC

Ptp 19 1/2”, 31” length. Soooo I’m not sure what this is can be a dress, tunic or even lingerie. I tried on for reference and I am a large, it def fits but is not flowy and it’s long enough to cover my bum but close there. I’m thinking a medium or a small can wear this more comfortably as a go out piece. I can’t find anything on this piece when googled so if you could provide me with more info I would love that. I just couldnt let it sit at the thrift I thought it was so special and unusual.
