@misspippa the straps tie so you can adjust it to be just right for you! Super cute dark navy stretch rope with little green tassels on the end as shown in pick. Strap is same material as the ties on the bottoms in the picture. I have 3 suits of theirs with these ties...cute, comfy, and durable.

@nhedgepeth yes it is the set. Sorry I’m in the middle of a family move out of state. All my clothes and furniture come out of my storage pods end of Sept.
