Victoria Secret Small Purse Lace Detail with Sequins Woven Straw Tan Vintage 90s

This bag is a vintage woven straw bag with black lace details and red sequins. The sequins are coming off, but they can easily be either removed altogether or replaced. The bottom appears to be a black faux leather and the interior is a mute red fabric. No pockets. Two black leather handles/straps. Note: There is no fabric tag, so cannot confirm if the leather parts are true leather or if the woven part is true straw.
