Older style Victoria Secret romper, pastel flower print with cream lace trim. Has 3 snaps as closure at the crotch, 5 cloth covered buttons down the chest, and faux tie at the elastic waist. Unstretched waist measures about 13 inches across, and expands to about 17 inches when stretched. Doesn't look like it was ever worn.
