jmed04 @jennaline28 hello sorry for the delay , you can buy the size 6 so I can send it to you with the shipping you will need to send the other pair back at your own shipping expense if that's something you will like to do let me know so we can exchange shipping info through email ... Also do keep in mind when I return the amount for the other shoes it will be less since posh has its own fees and then minus shipping as well
