zachcumer @devonsadosky Hi, the gown is in storage right now. So I cannot measure at this moment. But, a Victor Costa gown from the late 1990s in a tag size 6 would typically have a bust measurement of around 34 to 36 inches and a waist measurement of approximately 26 to 28 inches. The lady who wore the gown was a 36”bust and 27 1/2”waist. She says the off the shoulder style is good for a smaller or fuller bust.
