this is an open front jacket that is a cotton denim with metallic embroidery on it. it does not close in the front, but it does have some braid frogs for decoration. it measures approximately 21 in from pit to pit and 27 in from shoulder to the Hem. I think you could wear this just about anywhere. dress it up or dress it down. machine wash, tumble dry. never worn never washed.
