Victor Costa 1980s strapless high-low evening dress

Victor Costa vintage 1980s iridescent tulle high-low evening dress. Boning at bodice. Strapless with sweetheart neckline. Ruched. Fully lined. Back zip closure. High low hem. Many tulle layers under skirt in blues, cream, teal and purple. The layers show underneath one another for an iridescent look when worn. Skirt color changes from blue to purple when it moves depending on how the fabric flows and on the lighting. There is one small mark at the second under-layer of the tulle, but not visible unless closely inspecting it. Priced accordingly. Have not tried to dry clean. Polyester. Listed a size 8 but best fits a modern XS/S. Length 36-52” bust flat across 16” waist flat across 13” hips flat across approx 21-22”.
