Ladle is about 9.5" long. Inside of the bowl is 3.5" high. Weighs about 4.2 lbs. This is a super cool vintage Vicki of Japan Mid Century Fall Leaf Pattern Soup Tureen. It is made of porcelain or ceramic with a white base and a brown floral design. The tureen includes a lid and ladle and has handles for carrying. It is a mid-century piece, likely from the 1950s or 1960s. The brand "Vicki of Japan" is known for producing ceramic items, often with floral or nature-inspired patterns. These tureens were popular during Thanksgiving or fall-themed gatherings. In excellent vintage condition. It has a lot of vintage character from the manufacturing process like slight glazing runs, pepper flecks, and kiln marks. There is a baked in blue dot on the inside.
