Vibrant Red and Black Striped Poncho

Purchased this handwoven wool poncho shawl directly from the maker in Guadalajara, Mexico in 1972. Has been stored away since then. There are a few irregularities in the weaving, but nothing that takes away from the beauty. You will not see weaving this intricate in newer goods. Would also look great as a couch throw or wall hanging. Measurements are in the photos.
