Vibrant Red Forever 21 small dress

This is a perfect holiday dress!! Tags say large but could fit a medium or XL because it could look slouchy or has some stretch room as well. It's a bright red with no marks, tears or stains on it. I've only worn it a total of 2 times. It's basically brand new. Could be tied together with an adorable mid waist belt!
