Amazing vintage like new military equipment maxi button down skirt! Great plaid! Original buttons are amazing. Wise waistband, a couple pleats in front and darts in back. Aprox measurements when flat: Waist-13” Hips-19” Length-38” (with another 3” that can be unhemmed!)
