Stunning dress with a vibrant pink and purple tulle design. There’s two layers to this dress as shown in photos. The bottom layer does go all the way down. New without tags. The color is a deep hot pink, almost leaning towards a deep deep pink purple tone. Tagged a 1x, however, the waist measures 17 inches across (34 inches around) The bottom fabric is stretchy, so it could work for a busty XL or a true 1x.
