Vibrant Orange Skirt (Vintage 1990s)

A fun, vibrant orange skirt with an elastic waistband- purchased in the mid-nineties. Tag says size L, but fits a x-small. The waist measures 12.5 inches flat (unstretched) with about 2.5 inches of stretch. Length is 17.5 inches and falls just past mid-thigh. Fiber content: 100% polyester. Looks great with opaque black tights for contrast! There are two very small snags near the side seam (last picture), though they are not noticeable when worn. Otherwise, in near-new condition!
