There are 4 strands of electric blue beads, accented with clear, prong set rhinestones. It is made by a company called Impressions, the tag is attached. The tag is a tad bit beat up, (please see photos). It measures approximately 7 1/4", and just over 1" wide. There is a total of 100 blue beads and 36 rhinestones.
