Veveret Jacket Shacket Boho Aztec Southwestern Western Raw Hem Button Up

Veveret Jacket Shacket Boho Aztec Southwestern Western Raw Hem Button Up Has a very faint surface spot on the back. The hems all look raw and frayed (on purpose) but they are sewn to where they can only fray a little bit. I don’t know if it’s a men’s or women’s, but the buttons are on the left side, so I figure it’s a woman’s. It seems pretty big for a women’s medium, so please see the measurements in the pictures.
