Very unique button up shirt dress

This gem I bought in Mexico at a boutique many years ago. The quality of the shirt is amazing but it is quite stained from moving in the rain as shown throughout the photos! This is such a unique piece that will need some deep cleaning/rehab which is why the price is so low. Size large.
