Very full pink tutu one size fits all adjustable

This is a handmade tutu. I couldn’t find any at the stores that was super full and not cheap looking. So I made this one. It adjusts to fit small waists and at least up to 36 inches possibly more because you can scrunch the tulle up or spread it out further. You could even double it with a second tutu if you’re feeling “extra”. The length is about 11 inches.
