New- only tried on. Size 9.5 but run on the large side. I wear a 10-10.5 and these fit me great. As someone that primarily wears tennis shoes for comfort I find these to be very comfortable for a heeled boot! These are made in India and have a distressed look. They are not perfect but the distressed look blurs the imperfections. Zoom in on non stock photos for detail. Primarily the seams between leather and bottom of shoe are imperfect. No problems with functionality. Just cosmetic .
