Vertical‎ stripe top with tie front

Have top with vertical stripes with a front bottom tie. It has a back button as well. The sleeves have horizonal and vertical stripes with a little bit of flair. It is a medium but it fits more like a small imo. It is 20 1/2 inches long and 17 1/2 inches from arm pit to arm pit
