Vertical Striped Red Orange Flowy Maxi Skirt

C est. 1943 fall colors red and orange with white and black vertical striped flowy flared ballroom maxi skirt made in India in women's XL with Side pocket at each hip. Some tiny ink marks near the elastic double width stretch waist band and a run in the fabric present, shown in photos, is barely noticable. Waist measures 20" at the band and hips can fit up to 32" width. Length waist to hem is 39" total length. All seams are intact. No holes or stains in fabric besides areas noted above. l
